Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? All orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for production before shipping.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping to Finland and other European countries costs €4.90.

Can I track my order? Yes! You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order? Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Wrong size? No worries — contact us and we’ll send you the correct size free of charge. Please note that return shipping costs for size exchanges are covered by the customer.

Received something damaged or defective? That’s on us. Contact us immediately and we’ll arrange return shipping at no cost to you and resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Reach out at info@saintrivage.com with your order number and a photo if applicable.
